ANDREA BOZZOLO

Andrea was born in a little town named Pallanza in Piedmont, Italy. He moved to Sarasota in 2003 after visiting the area on vacation the year before. He fell in love with Siesta Key. He was taken back by the atmosphere and energy the city had. His passion for food stems from his grandparents. As a child, Andrea was spoiled by them. Feeding him everything fresh from their home garden. Even his eggs were fresh from their farm. At the young age of 15, Andrea knew he wanted to become a chef. He studied at the hotel school in Stresa, one of the most famous in all of Europe.

Andrea studied all day while working in local hotels and restaurants all night. Once he finished school, he began to travel the world as a chef on Princess cruises. Andrea's on Siesta Drive has been a dream come true for Andrea. His focus is providing his customers with the highest quality ingredients, always. Andrea is always seeking out local produce, wild caught fish. He prides himself on offering a sustainable menu throughout the year. Serving homemade breads and pastas using the highest quality from a little mill in Napoli, Italy. Andrea's also offers an extensive selection of wines and cheeses!
