His Special Summer Menu at Andrea’s, The Fine Art of Food & Wine

            (Sarasota): Area residents and summer tourists alike know that good culinary times are here when Chef Andrea Bozzolo introduces his annual fixed-price summer menu. For just $25 per person, the summer menu includes three courses. For the first course choose a soup of the day, Parma ham and cantaloupe, eggplant timballo or organic spinach salad. For the second course, this special menu offers a choice of signature ravioli of the day, gnocchi, salmon taglioline, veal Francese, chicken Milanese or grilled pork ribeye. On the special dessert menu are tiramisu, cannoli or chocolate. A single dessert is presented for sharing. For an additional investment of just $5, your summer meal will include a delicious glass of house wine. 

            This fixed-priced menu is available throughout the summer months from 5-7 p. m. only.  The price does not include tax or gratuity and coupons are not applicable. 

            Since 2003, Chef Andrea Bozzolo has been serving award-winning contemporary Italian cuisine at his intimate and chic small storefront restaurant in Sarasota. It has become known as the premier destination for homemade breads, pastas and sauces as well as the best in imported fine wines and authentic regional Italian cheeses. Chef Bozzolo strives for sustainable menus and is constantly adding new and creative dishes to his growing list of gourmet favorites. Reservations are suggested because seating in limited.
